General information This document establishes the Terms and Conditions of use of the website www.lafamigliamarbella.com (hereinafter "the Site"), which belongs to La Famiglia, located at Calle Calvario, 34, 29601 Marbella, Málaga. Access to and use of this Site, as well as making reservations or orders online, imply the acceptance of these terms by the user.

2. Online reservations and orders

  • Reservations: Users can make table reservations through the form enabled on the Site or by contacting our customer service phone number directly.

  • Orders: La Famiglia offers users the possibility of ordering our products online. Once the order has been placed, the user will receive a confirmation email with the order details and the estimated delivery time.

  • Cancellations: Reservation cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Online orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.

3. Price and payment method All prices displayed on the Site include taxes. Payment for online orders can be made by credit card, debit card or through authorized payment platforms. In the event that payment is not processed correctly, La Famiglia reserves the right to cancel the order.

4. Modification of the Terms La Famiglia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be published on the Site and will be effective upon publication.
